Civil engineer to draft as-built 2nd floor deck plans -- 2

I need a civil engineer to provide a set of plans for county permit use that document a deck as it is currently built (County lost the originals 20 years ago). Requirements will include providing an electronic set of plans for submission to Orange County. Measurements and information must be taken onsite initially in the Trabuco Canyon area of Orange County, CA, though all other work should be done remotely. Structural load calculations should be provided with the plans as well as per Orange County.
