Civil Engineer Stamp for Michigan Permit

Hello - we are building a log cabin kit in northern Michigan. We have the plans but the building dept wants the basement plan stamped by an engineer. It's a fairly simple 24x42' footprint. Is this something you could assist on? Thank you - Jim
