Tech Pack Brief under NDA— Fortify single‑sheet play fort (artwork plus technical patterns, sewing, and material specs for prototyping)

Overview

Project: Produce a complete tech pack to support production of four prototype sample forts including artwork, flat patterns, sewing instructions, material specifications, BOM, and QC targets. Purpose: Enable sample production and testing for user trials and safety verification. Technical pattern, sewing, and material details must be ready for a local sew shop and for later handoff to offshore factories. Scope: Four themed artwork sets plus full technical patterns and construction documentation for one standard size Fortify single‑sheet (top sheet with four drop flaps).

Deliverables Required

Artwork deliverables per theme: print‑ready master file; layered source file; color spec; scaled mockups; interactive callouts.

Technical pattern deliverables: flat pattern CAD files (DXF); cut‑marker; panel ID map; seam allowance map.

Sewing and construction: step‑by‑step construction sequence; stitch map; stitch types and thread spec; reinforcement details.

Materials and trims: detailed BOM with supplier suggestions and estimated unit costs for 100 and 5,000 MOQ.

Quality and testing: QC checklist; acceptance criteria; recommended lab tests and sample test protocol.

Handover package: single zipped folder per theme containing all files, a one‑page art usage guide, and a one‑page production notes summary.
