Chemical Engineer with experience upgrading a process to Class 1, Div 2 compliance

We have a manufacturing to extract targeted active ingredients from a natural product biomass. We have a new application which will require using a solvent to optimize the extraction. We believe we may need to upgrade the existing production room to a Class 1, Div 2 certified room - electrical, containment, fire suppression, equipment, walls, etc. We want an experienced Engineer with this expertise in their background to help get the room designed & engineered, built, and city inspector approvals. We will want the individual to manage this project from design/engineered specification, work with contractors (electrical, construction, etc.) and equipment suppliers, and approval from town inspector to get the job done quickly and cost effectively. There will be some oversight from current VP, Engineering but he has a number of other active projects so can't focus on this right now.
