Centreifugal Pump design and cfd -- 3

Looking for someone who is really expert in centrifugal pump, can design volute casing and Impeller. who understand the pdf I have attached. If you can design based on the data mentioned in the pdf. at last you need to perform cfd....I am doing it but failed to understand the terminology. I want to learn this if you do it and explain. Thanks
