Center Console Fishing Boat Design

I'm seeking an experienced naval architect or marine engineer to design a 20-30 foot center console fishing boat. The boat will primarily be used for fishing and should be constructed from aluminum.
I do not need renderings. I need actual cut files in a dxf. Overall this will need to be engineered in nautical software to do FEA testing and drag testing.
Key requirements:
- Design should prioritize stability and functionality for fishing.
- Must be suitable for aluminum construction.
