Cartooning Machine / Case Packer CAD Design -- 2
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I already have concept videos and rough sketches for a fully automatic case-packer / cartoning machine that collates boxed products (secondary packaging) and inserts them into shipping cases. What I need now is a complete mechanical design inside Autodesk Inventor so the build team can take it straight to the shop floor.
Using Inventor, please create a parametric 3D assembly that respects normal industrial footprints; there are no unusual size constraints beyond keeping the layout practical for a standard production line. The model should include every mechanism—product in-feed conveyor, collation system, pick-and-place or push station, case magazine, flap closing units, guarding, drives, and frame. I will supply all reference videos, the current layout, and supplier data for purchased components.
The Inventor file set must be fully constrained so dynamic simulations, collision checks, and exploded views work out of the box. Vendor STEP files should be dropped in for catalog parts, while all fabricated items need native Inventor parts with accurate material specs.
Deliverables:
• Complete Inventor assembly (.iam) and part (.ipt) files
After an initial layout review we will iterate once before final detailing; clear, responsive communication during that phase will be critical. If you have prior experience designing packaging machinery or similar automated equipment, this project will fit you perfectly, and I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
