Cardboard Chair DXF Design Needed

Job ID: 40024287

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

I have a reference photo of a cardboard chair that I want to reproduce on a cutting machine, and I need a production-ready DXF file to make it happen. The goal is not just a basic outline: I’m looking for a highly detailed layout that includes all structural textures, slots, tabs, and interlocking joints so the final piece assembles cleanly and holds its shape once cut from corrugated sheets.

Because I don’t yet have fixed measurements, part of the job is helping me determine practical dimensions—seat height, back-rest angle, wall thickness, stacking orientation—so the chair feels sturdy for an average adult while staying material-efficient. Guidance on how cardboard tolerances affect the kerf and fit would be appreciated.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned drawing set (PDF or similar) showing plan, elevations, and any exploded views needed for assembly
• Final, clean DXF ready for CNC or laser cutting, layered logically for quick tool-path setup
• Short note on material thickness, slot allowance, and recommended assembly order

I’m happy to provide the photo and discuss aesthetic details right away, and I can iterate quickly on feedback. Let’s craft a chair that looks great on screen and even better once it pops out of the cutter.
