California architect -- 2

Hi again. I want to know if you can do another sign and seal for my project. I need only one page to be done. I have a drawing. But if you can advise and help me decide, then let me know right away and tell me what the cost will be for it. This is the only thing remaining that i need to complete my building permit. Thanks.
