Calculate Engine Ratio in CAD

I am looking for an engineer who can calculate a gearbox or a transmission for me and display it in CAD.
We have a roller that requires 389Nm at 2000rpm and we have a motor that produces 11KW at 1460rpm with about 72Nm.
We need a gear or ratio that will make the roller run constantly at 2000rpm.
If necessary we can also change the motor.
