Cafe Interior CAD Elevations - Berkeley CA - local only
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a clear layout for a small café and now need clean, construction-ready CAD files so my contractor can start building without waiting on permits or stamps. The focus is strictly on interior elevations—no floor plans or exterior work are required.
Scope
• Seating area, kitchen, pantry, and the downstairs prep zone all need individual interior elevation sheets.
• Each drawing should show finished floor heights, key dimensions, millwork, equipment, and service connections that a tradesperson can follow on-site.
• Please deliver both printable PDFs and the editable DWG (or compatible) source files.
Because permits and a professional stamp are not part of this job, I mainly care about clarity, accuracy, and a tidy layer structure that lines up with common AutoCAD standards. If you use Revit or another platform that exports clean DWGs, just let me know.
Acceptance
I’ll review the first draft against my existing measurements; once those match, we can finalize notes and finishes, then wrap up the set.
