Detailed Instructions for the Draftsman
1. Tank:
• Shape: Rectangular
• Dimensions:
Open septic/ slug tank
• Length: 25 m [Length of the tank in meters]
• Width: 12 m [Width of the tank in meters]
• Height:3 m [Height of the tank in meters]
2. Pump:
• Type: Submersible sewage pump , 3333 liter per minute, hight of pumb one meter.
Pumc opening at 20 cm from floor of tank, pumb out put opening at 35 cm of floor, opening is 3 inch, reducer to 3 inch pipe.
• Location: Place the pump at the bottom of the tank.
• Size: Indicate the approximate size of the pump 15 hourse power, 10m vertical head
3. Pipes:
• Material: PVC
• Diameter: 3 inches (or 7.62 cm)
• Layout:
• Recirculation: Draw pipes connecting the pump to the top of the tank, forming a circulation loop.
• External Pumping: ,draw pipes connecting the pump to an external outlet out side of the tank to other drying yard 40 meter x 12 meter.
4. Dimensions:
• Label: Label the dimensions of the tank, pipes, and pump on the drawing.
• Units: Use consistent units (e.g., meters for length, centimeters for diameter).
5. Notes:
• Clarity: Ensure the drawing is clear and easy to understand.
• Scale: Use a consistent scale for the drawing.
• Labels: Label all components and dimensions clearly.
• Annotations: Add any necessary annotations or explanations
