CNC router set up

Hey there,
I have bought a CNC Router from China, its built and mostly set up. My business partner was the man to programme it, however his father passed away and will be heading back to Germany for a while.
Is there anyone in Perth that has experience in setting up cnc machines (we dont need CAD drafting) that would be able to assist us?
