I'm seeking a seasoned CNC programmer to assist with Mill-Turn CNC programming using the Fanuc 18IT control system. The machine in question is equipped with live tooling and an integrated Renishaw probe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate G-code from provided Solid models and print documents.
- Expertly integrate probing cycles for setting tool offsets and work coordinates.
- Strategically utilize the probe to meet required tolerances and verify.
- Minimize necessary operator input through effective programming.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with CNC programming, specifically with Mill-Turn operations.
- Proficient knowledge of probing programming and integrating probing cycles.
- Skilled in creating G-code from Solid models.
- Own access to CAM software.
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- In-depth understanding of Fanuc control systems, specifically 18IT.
