CNC FILE FOR FOR SAIN SMART3018-PROVer V2

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a CNC file for my SAIN SMART3018-PROVer V2. The file format required is G-code, DXF, or STL. I have a specific design in mind and would need the freelancer to work with me to create the design. The dimensions of the final product are unknown at this time. Ideal skills and experience for the job include proficiency in CAD software and experience in CNC programming and machining.. BASICALLY IT WILL BE TWO RECTANGULAR HOLES CUT OUT OF PLASTIC.
