CNC Conversion for Large Drawings

I've embarked on a project that requires converting line drawings into CNC programs for my home milling machine, which primarily works with wood. The drawings are 8X10 or so, and I am looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a mastery in CNC programming to bring these designs to life so that I can cut them in my home shop. In other words, I do not know how to program these drawings so the machine will cut them. I enclosed a copy of a finished piece that I cut by hand. The original would be a line drawing of about10-24 inches.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in CNC program generation
- Experience with large format drawings/small and large
- Knowledge of woodworking CNC operations
- Ability to optimize for minimal material wastage
- Strong communication for potential design adjustments
