CNC Aluminium Enclosure Design

I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to design a precision-machined aluminium enclosure for an electronic device. The enclosure will be fabricated by CNC machining (via JLCCNC), and it's crucial that the design adheres strictly to JLCCNC's manufacturing guidelines and requirements (please thoroughly review: https://jlccnc.com/help).

Scope of Work:

Create a detailed CAD design of an aluminium enclosure consisting of two parts held together by four bolts.

The enclosure will securely house an electronic PCBA (provided by me as a 3D model). You may need to convert the PCBA model into a suitable format.

The PCBA will be mounted internally with four bolts.

The enclosure must act as a heatsink, making direct thermal contact with the processor area on the PCBA.

Select and integrate suitable translucent light pipes or similar solutions to transmit LED indicator lights from the PCBA to the surface of the enclosure. Final selection of light pipes requires my approval.

Provided by me:

3D models of the PCBA.

Conceptual images and a detailed written description outlining the desired appearance and functional features of the enclosure.

Deliverables:

Fully detailed and manufacturing-ready CAD files, including all design files.

Assembly drawings clearly indicating bolt locations, thermal contact points, and LED light pipes.

Verification that design meets all JLCCNC specifications for smooth fabrication.

Please respond with your relevant portfolio and experience, particularly with CNC machined enclosure design. Familiarity with JLCCNC's processes is highly preferred.
