We are looking for a freelancer to create CAM programs using Autodesk PowerMill.
You will be provided with:
- STEP files of 10/20 different parts.
- Examples of machining strategies used in similar parts.
The task is to prepare complete CAM programs compatible with a Leadwell CNC machine equipped with a Fanuc control unit.
The machining sequence should follow this order:
-Start with the bottom side of the part: machining the base contour and drilling operations.
-Then move to the top side: roughing the 3D surface and finishing the profile.
Accuracy and optimization for machining time and toolpaths are highly valued.
Experience with PowerMill and familiarity with Fanuc-controlled machines are essential.
