I am looking for an experienced CAD specialist to design a flywheel launching system for a robot that is designed to be able to rotate angles and shoot a NCAA sized basketball. The system must have a medium-sized flywheel, and I am open to suggestions as for materials. I am also looking for a shooting range of no more than short range.
