CAD (.dxf) drawings to .STP

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert my CAD (.dxf) drawings into .STP files for CNC machining purposes (Sheet metals). Total there are 565 drawings.
Requirements:
- The intended use of the .STP files is for CNC machining.
- The freelancer must follow exact measurements provided.
- The client has an existing CAD file that can be used as a reference. File sample attached.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD modeling and file conversion.
- Experience in working with .dxf and .STP file formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately translate measurements.
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes and requirements.
