CAD drawing done of bulleted alloy bullbar

I am in need of a CAD drawing of a billeted alloy bullbar. The drawing must be done in 3D, as I have complete measurements and the drawing will be used for prototyping. I need a highly-skilled CAD designer who can draw the project from start to finish in an efficient manner. The final CAD drawing must meet all specifications, as it will be used not only for its aesthetic qualities, but for its dimensions as well.
