CAD designer wanted for solar related project: Cool Power

Want help designing/modeling a relatively large plastic bag/pouch. Also want help modeling a support structure to hold the bag in place. Product is a combination of the designs from attached documents.
Additional project requirements will be explained. Need "work for hire" attestation. Estimate 10-12 hours of work.
