CAD designer for CNC metal fabrication

Hello. Im looking for someone with experience creating 2D files for use with waterjet/ lasercut metal parts fabrication. Additionally you will need to be able to produce an exportable file that I can give to my local CNC shop. I will provide detailed drawings of the parts to be entered into cad. This is a simple project. So if you have some basic cad skills and a license for appropriate software this will be an easy job.
