CAD Recreation of Crankshaft

I am looking for a skilled CAD designer to recreate a crankshaft from a two-cylinder engine for me. The crankshaft is fairly small, approximately 10 inches in length.
Key requirements:

- Delivery in STEP format
- Proficiency in Fusion 360
