CAD Model & Photorealistic Renders

I need a CAD model and photorealistic renders of an in-store display unit for our dealers. We have a sketch, photos of similar displays, and a dimensional diagram.

Requirements:
- Interpret the provided drawing and sketch to create a detailed CAD model of the display unit.
- Apply textures, such as textured cream paint.
- Model the display against a white wall, with a suspended ceiling at 2.7 meters high, and a carpet (8m x 3m) on a polished concrete floor below.
- Incorporate lighting effects inside the arches using warm white light.
- Add antique brass logo and black range names to the unit.
- Place tap items on the display using supplied STP files.
- Provide a rough draft first; we will review low-res renders before moving on to high-res, creating 4-5 images from different views.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience in creating photorealistic renders.
- Strong understanding of texture application and lighting effects.
