2D CAD & Measurement

I am looking for an experienced CAD designer to create basic layout plans and measurements from scratch. This project requires artistic design skills and the ability to convert rough sketches into accurate technical drawings. The plans should meet all of my specifications and should provide enough information for accurate fabrication or planning purposes. In addition, the CAD designer should have a good understanding of industry standards and a thorough knowledge of design principles. Experience in creating architectural or engineering plans would be a major plus. This is a time-sensitive project and I expect to review multiple design drafts before choosing the final design.
