CAD Drawings

I am looking for a CAD designer to help with an existing project, with the view to providing future work as it becomes available . I will provide outline requirement and sketches, from which civil engineering layouts including site plans and detailed locations of on site equipment. This is currently fir a small project but the designer should be comfortable working on an urban planning scale or whole building. An understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings would also be highly beneficial. All work should be up to industry standards and any necessary corrections should be quickly adjusted. If you fit the criteria and are up for the challenge, please submit your proposal.
