CAD Drawing Modification

I need help with a CAD drawing that requires some modifications to the existing design. The changes involve primarily altering geometric shapes. Ideal candidates are proficient in CAD software and have a keen eye for design details.

I have dxf, pdf and SketchUp files for a teardrop trailer. I need a bit of editing to make them ready for CCC routing.
