CAD Designer for Blueprint Creation and Modeling using Fusion 360 or SolidWorks

I am seeking a very skilled CAD designer, specialized in mechanical engineering, to create detailed blueprints for manufacturing a part or product. Must have Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
