CAD Design: Convert STL to STEP

We are seeking a skilled CAD designer to assist us in converting three STL files of car gear plates into STEP files suitable for manufacturing. These STL files have been scanned from used parts and may have slight bends that need to be corrected to align with manufacturing standards.
Tasks:
File Conversion: Convert three STL files of car gear plates into STEP files, ensuring accuracy and compatibility with manufacturing processes.
Alignment and Correction: Properly align and correct any bends or imperfections in the scanned files to meet manufacturing requirements. This may involve adjusting dimensions, smoothing surfaces, and ensuring proper geometrical alignment.
Die Casting Die Preparation: Prepare the STEP files for the creation of die casting dies. Ensure that the files are optimized for die casting processes, taking into account factors such as draft angles, parting lines, and material flow.
Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD software such as Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar.
Experience working with scanned files and preparing them for manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in file conversion and alignment.
Understanding of die casting processes and requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide updates on progress throughout the project.
