CAD Assistance

I have a CAD model that is missing a few sections. I need the Surface items to be made into physical bodies.
The reason is that i cam planning a project and will be designing a mould around the model once done to get made out of fiberglass
The model needs to be only 2 pieces at the end the top part and the bottom part. When looking online use references for boat factories. Will see that the main construction is basically 2 parts ,the bottom part (hull) and the top part (deck).
