Blueprints for commercial build out
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm looking for an experienced Freelancer to create complete blueprints for a commercial build out. The location is available upon request. The unit is 3,800 sq. ft. measured to the exterior walls.
The unit is a shell space with a water line already present and electric at the building. It has a front and back door. It has a concrete foundation only under the existing exterior walls.
I have some very rudimentary floor plan ideas I've sketched but would need the specifics professionally drafted, especially with regards to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing so as to be able to build to code and get a construction permit from the city.
We're looking to get these plans completed in the very near future as we're finalizing the lease with the property owner this week. I haven't ever had commercial building plans drawn up before, and, as such, would love some feedback with regards to a price estimate for the plans, an estimate on the timeline for the plans, and any other information that I should possibly inquire about but don't know about to even be able to do so.
