Beach Tennis Racket – Throat Geometry Integration Manual
Purpose
This document defines the exact integration of the throat (heart/delta structure) geometry into a
Beach Tennis racket, using only approved Beach Tennis dimensions. This is not a padel racket
and must not be treated as such.
Core Rule (Mandatory)
The throat geometry must be an exact geometric replica of the approved reference shape. No
redesign, reinterpretation, smoothing, or proportional changes are allowed. Only color and material
finish may be changed.
Beach Tennis Racket Dimensions (Reference Envelope)
- Total length: 50.0 cm
- Thickness: 22 mm
- Maximum width: 24.0 – 26.0 cm
- Shape: Teardrop (standard Beach Tennis profile)
All geometry must remain fully compliant within this dimensional envelope.
Throat / Heart Geometry Requirements
- Geometry must match the reference throat shape exactly.
- The central delta/triangle must extend upward and partially invade the racket face area, as per the
approved reference.
- Top vertex angle must remain sharp and identical to the reference.
- Line thickness must be constant across the entire throat structure.
- No curvature smoothing or angle modification is allowed.
Integration Constraints
- The throat geometry must integrate structurally with the frame, not appear as a surface add-on.
- No modification to the racket head outline is permitted.
- Geometry must respect Beach Tennis structural stress zones.
Hole System
- Hole pattern must follow Beach Tennis standards.
- Total hole count defined by the project ( 24), without interference from the throat
geometry.
- Throat structure must not compromise hole symmetry or drilling tolerances.
Color & Finish
- Entire racket: solid black.
Remove logos, letters from the one attached for reference.
- Throat structure: solid black.
- Finish: matte or satin (no gloss unless explicitly requested).
What Is Explicitly Forbidden
- Redesigning or stylizing the throat geometry.
- Changing angles, proportions, or vertex positions.
- Rounding edges that are angular in the reference.
- Converting this design into padel specifications.
Recommended Technical Workflow
1. Import the approved reference image into CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino).
2. Trace the throat geometry as a 2D sketch with exact angles and proportions.
3. Extrude using constant wall thickness.
4. Integrate into Beach Tennis racket frame respecting dimensional limits.
5. Apply black material and finalize render.
Expected Deliverables
- CAD file with exact throat geometry integrated into Beach Tennis racket dimensions.
- High-resolution render of the all-black Beach Tennis racket.
- Optional: STEP or IGES file for manufacturing.
