Basic CAD Assembly of Brackets & Mounts

I have a concept for the fitness industry. I want to harness the power of people working out for renewable energy. I have several designs but would like to start with a single design. I do not want to get to descriptive until I select someone to do the work. I am looking for someone I can meet in person in the Southern California area.
