AS1100 Balcony Roof Drafting -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Registered Australian Building Designers in Victoria with AS1684 & AS4100 familiarity only.
I only need a quick MARKUP drawing for a simple balcony roof change.
PROJECT NOTE: As an Owner-Builder, I WILL ASSUME full legal and structural responsibility for the project with my name in the Titles Block.
This ensures full compliance with Victorian regulations regarding drawing ownership and liability.
I have an approved Permit and the balcony itself has already been built and approved by Surveyors. Only the roof remains.
REQUIREMENTS (A small change to roof plan)
- Amend Plan by removing both cantilevers.
- Replace planned steel rafters with timber rafters.
- Provide clear revised drafting set in PDF/DWG format (AutoCAD/Revit preferred)
A fast turnaround job for someone who knows Australian standards well.
