Automatic Mechanical Watch Movement Design with triple-axis tourbillon

Complex Mechanical watch movement expert required. The task is to design a custom watch movement making use of existing movement and and apply proper modifications to meet design specs.
Knowledge of 3D modeling not needed but prefrrred. Output shall be technical drawings for manufacturer.
