AutoCAD Template System for Mechanical Projects -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm looking for an experienced AutoCAD freelancer to help me set up a complete drawing template system for mechanical projects (HVAC and plumbing). I run a consulting firm and need a standardized setup that I can reuse across multiple jobs.
The scope includes:
Creating AutoCAD title block templates (DWT) for •
ARCH D (24"x36")
• ARCH C (18"x24")
• ARCH B (12"x18")
Building a Sheet Set Manager (DST) file with dynamic fields (project info, drawing numbers, etc.)
Setting up sheets for:
HVAC layout
Plumbing layout
pen set up
Mechanical schedules and legends
Mechanical specifications and general notes (provided)
Standard mechanical details (provided)
Configuring layer standards, plot styles (CTB), and page setups
Organizing everything in a clean folder structure for long-term use
I’d like the end result to allow me to create drawing sets quickly, with consistent formatting, and easy plotting to PDF via the sheet set.
