2D AutoCAD Floor Plan Needed - Quadplex

I’m looking for a skilled AutoCAD draftsperson to create a clean, professional 2D full set of floor plans for a residential quadplex. (Full set of plans include: floor plans, elevations, roof plan, foundation plan, site plan, and simplified electric plan.) I will provide photos and videos of the interior and exterior to guide the drafting process and a few dimensions.





Project Scope:

Type of project: 2D floor plan for a quadplex



Input materials:

Photos and videos (no existing drawings)



Deliverables:

PDF version of the floor plan

DWG file if possible (optional, not required)



Scale/Measurements:

1/4" scale on 24"x36" prints.

40' x 100' overall quadplex exterior dimension.



Revisions:

Multiple revisions will be needed.



Deadline:

ASAP



Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in 2D AutoCAD drafting

Experience with residential floor plans- Floor plans, elevations, roof plan, foundation, site plan, electric plan

Able to work from visual references (photos/videos) and given dimensions.

Communicates clearly and delivers on time
