AutoCAD Expert for Small Plan Modifications -- 3

Hello,
I’m looking for a skilled freelancer with experience in AutoCAD to help modify a few small plans. The task involves making adjustments to existing AutoCAD drawings (pdf/dwg files). These changes might include resizing, moving elements, adding new components, and other minor modifications to improve the layout or match updated specifications.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and DWG file format.
Experience with modifying and optimizing AutoCAD drawings.
Ability to follow specific instructions and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and precision in the work.
Experience in residential or commercial layout design (preferred but not required).
Details:
The plans are relatively simple (e.g., room layouts).
I will provide the original files and a clear description of the required changes.
This could lead to more work in the future if the quality of work is excellent.
Please share your portfolio or previous work samples (if available) that showcase your experience in modifying AutoCAD drawings. Also, provide an estimated timeline for completing the work and your rate.
Simple example in attached files (from.png to 1.png) Really small changes required
Changes/modifications required are
# Add furniture as required
# Remove labels for materials (eg tiles, carpet etc)
# Walls to be made filled thick black
# Create elevation for the same
(These are to be constant changes over all plans).
I have also attached another file for testing your skills for modifications(named trial.pdf). It would be preferential if you can provide demo made from provided file (trial pdf) as per modifications mentioned above.
I would prefer candidate who can create concept plans and elevations as per Australian standards (as shown in trial.pdf)
Give a decent quote for per-plan, as this will be ongoing long term work.
