Assembly Structural Analysis in ANSYS

Budget: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 INR

I have an aluminum assembly made up of several sub-parts, and I need a complete structural investigation in ANSYS Workbench. For every individual component and for the full assembly I want you to run three study types—static load response, buckling safety factors, and local stress-concentration checks.

To make the results meaningful, please build at least five design or load-case variations for each model. Typical tweaks could be thickness changes, fillet sizes, or load directions; feel free to suggest others if they expose critical weaknesses more clearly.

Your work should give me:
• The editable ANSYS project files for every study and variation
• Clear plots and tables of displacements, von Mises stress, principal stresses, and buckling factors
• A short written summary that highlights the worst-case scenario for each part and for the combined assembly, plus recommendations for improvement

All geometry will be supplied in STEP format; you’re welcome to simplify it if that speeds meshing without harming accuracy. I’ll consider the job complete once I can open the project, reproduce your results, and see each of the five variations per model documented in the report.
