Assemble PCB prototypes
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for someone to design and assemble 10 PCB prototypes that are small in size and simple in complexity. The deadline for the project is 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, I do not have all the necessary components and documentation ready, so I will need help sourcing them.
I've attached a schematic for a board which works for what I need yet is too expensive and too large. I need someone who can use this schematic as a ground floor and design a similar board with newer components and better technology in order to make as follows:
-- Size: Smallest footprint possible.
-- Cost: Expense to be as low as possible per unit.
-- Quality: Need these to be high quality.
-- Reliability: Must have quality components so board can be used indefinitely with no failure.
-- Quantity: Will need 10 prototype boards for testing within 4 weeks.
-- Use the utmost least amount of power possible.
-- Need rough idea what these boards will cost assembled.
-- Include a voltage regulator to regulate automatically no matter the input power.
Ideal Minimal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with PCB design, troubleshooting and or assembly.
- Knowledge of component sourcing and procurement.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a specified timeline.
