Architect for 2nd structure
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We seek an architect to help us finalize plans for a second structure. We will likely GC this project ourselves so we are hoping to find someone that can help us get these drawings ready for permit. Attached is a rough sketch PNG file, or you can view at the attached link.
The structure is intended to be used for home gym and storage. Wood frame built on slab. Insulated with 1-2 mini-splits for HVAC. Second floor loft on three sides, open to below. We are open to modifying the plan if there is a way to save on project cost or a more practical approach.
