ArchiCAD Drafting for Residential Project
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I am in need of an experienced ArchiCAD professional to assist with drafting a tender drawing set for a residential project. This will involve creating detailed Joinery and Wet Area Bathroom drawings. I have an Archicad file to share that has the sketch design, this file will need to be shared back to me at the completion of the work.
Key requirements include:
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Experience in drafting for residential projects
- Ability to produce fully annotated drawings with materials, dimensions, annotations, relative levels and tender / construction notes.
- drawings to be finalised as A3 / A1 drawings, on a title block (to be provided) in PDF and DWG format, with the live Archicad PLN file returned.
Materials and set out will be provided.
The successful applicant will allow for 1x round of revisions until the final drawings are provided.
