Advice for desktop CNC

I am trying to build a CNC 4 axis desktop mill of with a budget of 3k-5k and need guidance on what kind of motors I should use and spindles. Something that resembles a grizzly mini mill but with a 4th axis .I want to mill:

416 Stainless steel
4140 steel
aluminum
wood
