Advanced Composite Drawings for Shop Fitout
Budget: $50,000 – $80,000 USD
I'm seeking a skilled team or company to assist in drafting detailed composite drawings for our site. These drawings will be critical to our shop fitout project, so precision and expertise are paramount.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in composite drawings: Your experience in creating complex composite drawings with a high level of detail, including annotations and sections, will be crucial for this project.
- Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems: Although our coordination requirements are mainly focused on the architectural/fitout side, a basic knowledge or experience in MEP drawings would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail: The drawings will need to be incredibly precise, leaving no room for errors.
- Timeliness: We have a tight schedule for this project, so the ability to deliver high-quality work within the set timeframe is essential.
- Strong communication skills: As we'll be sharing benchmark drawings and other crucial information, clear communication is key.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in drafting advanced composite drawings for fitout projects, with a keen eye for detail and strong teamwork abilities. Experience in MEP systems and background knowledge in the architecture/fitout sector would be beneficial.
we will start with a mockup which will be around 100 drawings
Mockup drawings will need to finish in two weeks
once its finished and approved we will work on 2000 to 3000 drawings.
this is a long term project expected to end in 6 months from now
our budget is 40 dollars per drawing some will be very easy and basic such as blockwork and back of house, others will be very complicated and might take one to two days to draft
you need to have a team, with a senior team leader that is prompt in response and has the ability to lead, check and draft RFIs
