Add piping to sheet metal CAD drawings

As a professional engineer, I am looking for someone to help add water piping to my existing sheet metal CAD drawings. I need to find someone who is comfortable working with CAD, as the final designs will be used for manufacturing. I have exact measurements in place for the pipes, so all that's needed is for them to be incorporated into the drawings.
