Adaptive Daily Wear Design for Special Needs (Tech Packs Required)
I’m launching a startup adaptive children’s clothing brand and am seeking an experienced fashion technical designer to help create a line of adaptive daily wear for children aged 2–12.
The clothing must be sensory-friendly, functional, and inclusive, incorporating easy-to-use fasteners, comfort-focused construction, and nappy access where required, while still looking like everyday fashion.
The initial range includes multiple related styles, including a shared bodysuit base used across a bodysuit, dress, and jumpsuit, plus skorts, shorts, long and short pyjamas, swimwear (boys and girls), and nappy training pants.
I will provide clear concepts and reference images. I require industry-standard, factory-ready tech packs including flat sketches, measurements and size grading, construction notes, and a bill of materials suitable for overseas manufacturing.
Ideal candidates will have experience in children’s clothing, preferably adaptive or functional garments, and proven experience producing professional tech packs. This is a startup project with potential for ongoing work. Full ownership of all tech pack files is required.
