Acrylic Chip Holder Design
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a design of a chip holder with the following characteristics:
1. It must hold a glass substrate with interdigital electrodes printed on its surface.
2. The interdigital electrodes are deposited on the top of the glass substrate.
3. The glass substrate is to be placed on a microscope slide whcih will provide support and leveling
4. The holder should provide an electrical connection to 2 gold strips on top of the glass substrate
5. The holder should contain spring loaded strips of metal which will connect tot the gold strips on top of the glass substrate
6. The holder will be glued to the microscope slide
7. The glass substrate will slide into the holder so that the spring loaded strips connect to the gold strips on top of the glass substrate
8. The holder should provide a way to connect external wires (leads) to a an external electronics.
