100-Acre Irrigation Layout & Pump Design

I’m planning a complete irrigation network for a 100-acre estate that holds about 40,000 plants. Each plant needs roughly 10 L per watering, and the concept is to run a 63 mm HDPE main line with tapping points at regular intervals where 25 mm garden hoses will draw water—about 5 to 6 taps operating simultaneously at any given time.
You will have my latest contour map so you can work with the actual topography and ensure reliable pressure across the whole field. Here’s what I need from you:
• Pipeline layout
- Scaled drawing of the 63 mm HDPE main, length calculations, fittings, valve locations and optimal spacing for each tap.
• Pump selection & placement
- Flow-rate and head calculations, recommended pump model(s) with performance curves, power input and the best installation spot based on the contour map.
• Tapping point design
- Details for each 25 mm connection: valves, pressure regulators and quick-connect fittings so workers can move hoses easily.
Final package: hydraulic calculations, CAD/PDF drawings, a bill of materials and clear installation notes that a local contractor can follow.
