FL ARCHITECT FOR FINALIZING OF RESIDENTIAL REMODEL PLANS
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Homeowner with ownership of CAD files from prior architect needs a new architect to add to residential bathroom/closet remodel with the builder input regarding workable design and cost-saving features, and a few tweaks to prior sections. Revisions due to comments by builder that prior plans not workable due to pool bath roof.
Would like completion within a few weeks; fast turnaround, responsive essential.
Close to Jacksonville or Gainesville (I am in 32068) would be a plus if measurements/visit are needed or, if not, how to work effectively remotely on Zoom or the like.
Licensed engineer review also needed so required for finalizing of project and plans; please explain your process for working with licensed engineer/cost (included in budget). Need CAD work product, plan and 3D visualization. Homeowner to own work product and receive CAD files, PDF and plans.
